At Lucky Wheels Club, transparency is paramount in all our operations, including our giveaways. To ensure fairness and impartiality, we entrust the selection of giveaway winners to a reputable third-party sweepstakes company.
This independent entity conducts the random drawing process, ensuring that each participant has an equal chance of winning. By utilizing the services of a trusted sweepstakes company, we uphold our commitment to transparency and integrity in all our giveaway endeavors.
We want to make sure everyone who enters understands everything about the backend of our giveaways.
Step 1:
At the end of each giveaway all orders placed are exported into an excel file and are sent to our third party sweepstake agency.
Step 2:
Our agency the tallies up all the entries per person with all of our entry multipliers by date. This process can take up to two weeks.
Step 3:
Our agency then performs a random drawing and comes up with a winner and three alternate winners in case the winner chosen is not eligible.Step 4:
The agency then emails us an excel file with a grand prize winner and three alternatives and from there we confirm that we do not have any association with them.
Step 5:
Once our confirmation is sent back to the agency then we proceed with calling and emailing the grand prize winner. Now keep in mind you have 48 hours to respond to the email and once you answer you are required to sign for eligibility.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Over 18 years of age.
- If you're from the U.S. you need to be a legal U.S. citizen with a driver's license and if you're from Canada because Canada is eligible minus Quebec all you need to do is be a legal Canadian citizen with a driver's license as well.
Step 6:
If the agency grants clearance of all eligibility requirements they are declared as the grand prize winner. In the case the grand prize winner was not to be cleared the agency would call the alternate winners.
