Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS

We only accept returns for store credit.

You have 15 days from the delivery date to return items.

All returns are refunded as store credit in the form of a Lucky Wheels Club gift card.

Returns are processed within 3-7 business days after receipt of the item(s).

We do not offer exchanges, but you are welcome to return items via mail in accordance with our Return Policy and repurchase any available items on our site.

Our team will inspect all returned garments for stains, holes, defects, and signs of wear. Items returned after 15 days, or in unsellable condition, may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.

Lucky Wheels Club is not responsible for return packages lost or stolen in transit. Please retain your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when returning items.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Please note: Each order must be packaged separately. If multiple orders are returned in one package, processing may be delayed. Non-eligible items will not be credited.

All returns must include a packing slip clearly indicating the items being returned. Failure to include this may result in processing delays.

We do not provide cash refunds.

Before placing your order, please ensure all details, including shipping address, name, phone number, payment info, and product selections, are correct, as Lucky Wheels Club is not responsible for any errors.

Refunds

Lucky Wheels Club only issues refunds to the original form of payment in the following cases:
  • Order cancellation by Lucky Wheels Club
  • Items received damaged, defective, or incorrect

Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.

If you used a gift card, the refund will be issued back to the card immediately.

Returned or refused packages will be restocked, and store credit will be issued minus shipping and handling fees. An order may be returned to sender due to:

  • Invalid or incomplete address,
  • Delivery failure by the carrier, or
  • Customer refusal at delivery.

We are not responsible for lost or incorrectly delivered packages due to errors in the provided address.

Ensure your address is entered correctly with all relevant information, such as abbreviations, street numbers, apartment numbers, and route details.
